They stretch really well — only had XS in stock and it fit a size 44-46 perfectly. At 178 cm the length is ideal. No see-through. Everything is great!

Not sure if it's appropriate to wear leggings like these in your 50s, but I love them 🤭 I'm 168 cm, 62 kg, 68 cm waist, 102 cm hips — size M is comfortable, no tightness at all.
