I have a pretty narrow waist and wide hips, and they fit perfectly — which is rare, because most leggings always gap at my waist. Super stretchy. Great for running (they don't slide down during a jog like other leggings you're constantly yanking up), strength training (you can see every muscle working), and stretching.
