✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached

• Items must be folded in the original pouch or packaging

• Items marked as final sale or gift cards are non-returnable

🚚 Return Shipping

• U.S., European Union and UAE customers: We provide a prepaid return label at our expense; returns are sent to our local warehouse (Florida, Bremen or Dubai)

• All other countries: Return shipping is not covered and must be arranged independently

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

• This process typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive your return

• Exchanges are available for U.S. orders through our Returns Portal, subject to availability; for orders outside the U.S. choose a refund or store credit
