For a size 38/40 I went with M, the XS was way too tiny. Great quality — and for those saying the seams are bad, just make sure you're getting the right size and not forcing them on!

They run slightly small — I'm a 63kg with 97cm hips and M worked great. Note that the rise is high and the waistband is fairly firm, and depending on your anatomy they can dig in a bit, but I find them super comfortable and love that there's no front seam. My Bona leggings from the same line are already 3 years old, by the way, even though I've gained 8kg since buying them.

Really comfortable shorts. Great stretch. Perfect for working out and they create a beautiful shape for the glutes. Nothing digs in anywhere. They do roll up a bit at the waist during intense exercise but otherwise great.
