Where do I find my order number?
It's at the top of your order confirmation email and looks like #48772. You can also track with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking not moving yet?
It can take up to 48 hours after your parcel ships for the carrier's first scan to appear. Until then the status may stay on “Label created”.
